The current website you are on now (Lab and Resource scheduler version 1.0) will stay on-line for the remainder of the year at which time all accounts will automatically be converted to the new version.

This web site is being created to allow schools and other organizations a way to easily schedule labs, rooms, and other resources.  This is a direct replacement for our current windows only software, Lab Scheduler 2.0.  We are focused around schools and several features are directly designed to support that environment but anyone needing to schedule resources could use this site.

This site was designed to work well with Internet Explorer 5.0 and above at a resolution of 1024 x 768.  Other browser should work but may not work as expected.

You can evaluate this system by logging on with our guest account.  Please go to the logon page for the directions.

• Rooms can be scheduled by seats as opposed to the entire room

Lab and Resource Scheduler 2.0 will be released on August 20th. This new version will include an all new look and feel as well as new features and reports.

The application can be used even though the admin functionality is not available yet.  We will enter all users and resources at this time for any school or organization wishing to use the system.  As soon as we get the admin tools finished, you will be able to enter and change those items at will.
